    • AI capability announcements
    • Strategic partnerships and acquisitions
    • Competitive market messaging, including response frameworks and message libraries aligned to claims and positioning from market competitors.
  • Maintain an always-on market sensing capability that enables LexisNexis to anticipate and respond to competitive threats and opportunities ahead of the market.

Workflow Acceleration as the Competitive Battleground

  • Analyze how AI-native entrants are reframing legal work around automation and agentic workflows.

    • Eliminate workflow friction
    • Increase research-to-drafting quality & speed
    • Enhance decision confidence and defensibility
    • Improve matter throughput

    • Customer insights
    • Analyst research
    • Product usage signals
