About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to create engaging content, manage projects, and support global marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and help shape marketing strategies that connect with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing campaigns, including content creation, messaging, and promotional materials, to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption. Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing collaterals, such as email campaigns, website content, social media posts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Manage and coordinate product marketing projects and events, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery. Manage multiple marketing projects from start to end. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to prioritise projects and see them to completion and to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • List Management, Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to administer campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyse campaign effectiveness and generate A/B testing ideas. Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign success, utilising data‑driven insights to optimise and refine marketing strategies. Assist in developing marketing dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support Product Marketing Managers by providing subject matter expertise, conducting research, and contributing to strategic planning. Manage global stakeholder relationships, fostering open communication and ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation / campaign management / marketing focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Shorthand, GA4, Office Suite).
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a global dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.
