About The Role
You will drive the organisation’s commercial growth and profitability by leading projects that deliver insights and making actionable recommendations. You will support the team in achieving pricing excellence through an analytical approach and effective deal governance.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability across customer segments through analysis and research.
- Lead the delivery of these opportunities and manage their implementation where appropriate.
- Support the delivery of regular segment reviews to senior management, mapping current positions and outlining growth opportunities and risks.
- Own and manage pricing and packaging projects to drive growth and profitability, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and update key tools to ensure optimal renewals pricing and deal governance.
- Manage your workload, proactively raising issues and seeking advice as needed.
- Build strong relationships with senior managers and directors, identifying opportunities to improve pricing and commercial strategy.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders through clear and concise written communications and strong presentation skills.
- Present regularly to the senior leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience in pricing, consulting, or strategy, ideally within B2B and/or subscription products.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, economics, finance, or applied maths) or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to plan and manage projects, delivering high-quality results to planned timescales while ensuring effective stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
- Experience with SQL is helpful but not required.
