We’re looking for a Legal Workflow Specialist to join our Customer Success team — a role designed for experienced lawyers (3+ years PQE, gained recently) who want to apply their legal expertise in a technology‑enabled environment.

You’ll work closely with leading law firms and in‑house legal teams, helping them improve how they research, draft, review, and manage legal work using AI‑supported workflows and legal information tools. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and the legal professionals who rely on it every day.

This is a highly collaborative, client‑facing role. You’ll partner with lawyers, legal operations, innovation, technology, and knowledge management teams to drive adoption, embed new ways of working, and deliver clear, measurable value.

This role is ideal for senior lawyers who have enjoyed the intellectual challenge of practice but are drawn to the intersection of law, technology, and AI — curious about how AI can augment legal work, confident presenting to senior audiences, and energised by helping others succeed.
