About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of driving new business growth across the Irish legal market, proactively engaging with law firms and in-house legal teams to understand their business challenges and identify how LexisNexis solutions can support them. You will deliver tailored, consultative sales across legal, tax and business research products, helping customers achieve better outcomes.
This is a dynamic opportunity to build and develop relationships across the Republic of Ireland, win new business, and contribute directly to revenue growth in a strategically important market.
Responsibilities
- Formulate account strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities and win profitable business
- Achieve sales and productivity targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely debt resolution
- Prepare and execute sales strategies for allocated territory, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Business Development
- Develop new relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Prioritise opportunities to maximise customer-facing time, achieving a minimum of 6 client meetings per week
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to customer care
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, ideally across Ireland
- Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
- Demonstrated ability in solution-based, consultative selling
- Strong communication skills with sound business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
- A proactive, resilient approach with curiosity and integrity
- Experience using structured sales processes and best practices
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
