About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth, as well as achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identifying account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products.
  • Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
  • Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets.
  • Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.
  • Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Be results and target driven with a self-motivated aptitude.
  • Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning.
  • Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunities.
  • Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers.
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
