Are you a natural organiser with a passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering seamless marketing activity? We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and delivery of events and campaigns across multiple channels.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate events—from conferences and trade shows to webinars and internal meetings
  • Support multi‐channel marketing campaigns by managing tasks, timelines, and approvals
  • Organize budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth, cost‐effective delivery
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather briefs and meet deadlines
  • Oversee event registrations, communications, and onsite support
  • Maintain organised campaign assets, processes, and accurate data for tracking performance
  • Prepare insightful reports to enhance future activities
  • Partner with the sales team to support lead capture and follow‐up
  • Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners
