About the Role
We are looking for a resourceful and adaptable Editorial Operations Lead, Global Analytical, to manage and optimize processes, workflows, and resources to deliver superior analytical content. You will support the UK Analytical Editorial Operations portfolio and drive global initiatives to enhance the quality, speed, and scalability of content delivery. This role reports to the Head of UK Analytical Editorial Operations.
Responsibilities
- Content Delivery & Publishing Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery schedules for digital and print content, including execution against plan, publication acceleration, and timely, high-quality release of base and new content.
- Operational Performance & Risk Management: Monitor operational metrics and product experience dashboards; translate forecasts and insights into proactive mitigations to ensure delivery, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Assess and refine editorial operations workflows to improve efficiency and quality; champion best practices and continuous improvement across Global Analytical.
- Technology, AI, Tools & CMS Enablement: Own content management systems and scheduling tools, including monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancements, and adoption of new technologies.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage REPH and vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, appropriate resourcing, and consistent delivery standards.
- Data, Reporting & Executive Insight: Develop and deliver operational reporting and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Initiatives & SME Leadership: Serve as subject matter expert supporting L+ Content Platform and other strategic initiatives.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner across various teams to harmonize processes and enable successful execution of strategic programs.
This is an individual contributor role and it is expected that you will own approximately a quarter of analytical publication workload for domain and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in content/editorial operations with a results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated project management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced skills in XML and Microsoft Office Suite; active user of AI and emerging tech to drive efficiencies.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to report insights and progress to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and global teams.
