Responsibilities
- Dealing with email and telephone enquiries
- Booking all students (apprentice/non apprentices) onto Tolley courses, ordering study material and invoicing
- Tolley Academy setup and bookings
- Creating and agreeing study plans and pricing schedules
- Creating and sending monthly reports to clients/contractors
- Onboarding apprentices, including reviewing and processing of required paperwork and setup on various systems
- Working with online learning management systems to upload study material for student courses
- Tracking orders, arranging collections
- Liaising with our team in Bangalore, India
- Perform any other duties as assigned
