This is a unique opportunity to influence how trusted legal information is created, maintained, and optimized for the next generation of digital and AI-driven products. As the UK Legislation Editorial Quality Lead , you'll play a critical role in ensuring legislative and regulatory content remains accurate, authoritative, and AI-ready. Working closely with editorial, product, and technology teams, you'll define quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and help shape innovative publishing workflows that support our online-first strategy. Lead the quality strategy for UK and Ireland legislation content, aligning regional objectives with global standards. Design and implement quality frameworks, governance processes, audits, and controls to ensure content integrity. Use data, customer insights, and audit findings to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable outcomes. Partner with Product and Technology teams to advance AI-enabled quality initiatives and modern publishing workflows. Champion a culture of quality through coaching, training, and leadership reporting. Significant experience within legal publishing, legal content, or legal editorial environments. Proven success designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and audit processes. Understanding of AI-assisted editorial workflows, digital publishing, and content quality management. Experience working with XML, content management systems, and data-driven decision making. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across global teams. Ability to turn complex data and quality findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience working with legislative or regulatory content across multiple jurisdictions. Exposure to digital transformation or content modernization programs. Experience supporting AI readiness initiatives within a publishing or legal information environment.
