Our Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales team is looking for an Engagement Manager to guide customers through a change journey as they look to evaluate and embed our legal or tax products into the way they work, helping to establish value while understanding their users’ wants and needs.
This successful Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales team are proven high performers who partner with teams to help them make informed choices about their content and solution needs.
Our Engagement Managers become a key partner for the customers they work with, building effective relationships and a deep understanding of their needs. Leveraging a well-established framework, our Engagement Managers run short and long-term projects with our customers to assess needs and help with the transition process to a new product, focusing on our core Research and Guidance platforms and our market-leading Lexis+ AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with account managers to identify and develop opportunities that deliver value for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate solutions effectively.
- Support customers through change by helping them integrate our products into their workflows.
- Gather and share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
