The Role

You will partner with sales teams and customers to support the sales process by providing product and solution expertise. This includes contributing to proposals, demonstrating products, and helping identify opportunities that add value for customers. You will work collaboratively across teams, stay informed about relevant products and the wider market, and share knowledge to support team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales conversations by providing clear, practical product and solution expertise
  • Contribute to proposals and customer-facing documentation
  • Deliver product demonstrations, remotely or on customer sites as required
  • Work closely with sales colleagues to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Keep up to date with product developments and market trends
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, working independently while collaborating with others
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues when helpful

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with legal case management or document management tools, such as Visualfiles, EveryFile, or similar systems
  • Legal industry experience, for example in a paralegal, business analyst, legal operations, or related role
  • Confident and personable, with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and build rapport with clients
  • Curious and thoughtful, with a willingness to share ideas, suggest improvements, and constructively challenge how things are done
  • Comfortable learning new products and concepts, with the ability to pick up commercial knowledge over time
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork, open discussion, and continuous learning
