About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
- Achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities
- Identifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
- Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
- Building solid relationships with key decision makers and influencers resulting in revenue protection and growth
Requirements
- Be results and target driven with a self motivated aptitude
- Be a solid consistent performer demonstrated through consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
- Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning
- Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, with a successful customer services and sales support background
- Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers
