About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a product or major feature within a complex portfolio, driving delivery and measurable impact. This role is for an experienced Product Manager who is proficient in AI through AI product or technical experience, or through self-developed expertise. You will use customer insights, market intelligence, and data to conduct experiments and develop products that meet real user needs while supporting business growth. Working cross-functionally, you will also help shape product best practices particularly involving embedding AI proficiency to support team development.
Responsibilities
- Gathers, evaluates and has a solid understanding of customer use cases.
- Leverages metrics to track progress on customer needs and ensures that product efforts move those metrics.
- Develops clear go to market launch plans through coordinated development with external customer facing teams such as marketing and sales.
- Has a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and uses this knowledge to develop comprehensive prototypes.
- Develops product vision and roadmap plan aligned with business strategy and communicates across all critical stakeholders.
- Understands and communicates the need to show a return on investment and prepares an operating budget for the product.
- Understands company technology stack at a high level, for the broader product.
- Utilizes or extends the company's platform and underlying technologies to create new product features.
Requirements
- Product management experience with ownership of a product or sizable feature within a complex product.
- Experience releasing new products or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualisation to execution and post-release management.
- AI proficiency through AI product experience, technical experience, or self-developed expertise.
- Frequent product customer engagements that lead to positive commercial outcomes.
- Provides clear instructions and direction to others.
- Encourages co-operation between all members of the team.
- Establishes rapport with others on the team and across teams.
- Brings to the group a high level of energy and enthusiasm and promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals.
