About the role
We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to support transformation across Global Editorial Operations, with a focus on helping people adopt new ways of working, including the use of generative AI tools. This role partners closely with business, operations, and people teams to ensure change is clear, inclusive, and effective. You will help employees and external contributors understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to succeed. This role reports to the Global Operations Director of Change Management & People Experience and works with stakeholders across regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities
- Assess how changes affect people, processes, and ways of working
- Identify stakeholder needs, readiness, and potential risks
- Work with project and operations leaders to align change efforts with delivery timelines
- Create clear, accessible communication and learning materials
- Support adoption of AI-enabled tools while reinforcing accuracy, trust, and professional standards
- Gather and analyze feedback through surveys, workshops, and focus groups
- Track adoption and engagement, sharing insights through reports or dashboards
- Coach managers and teams through periods of change
- Capture lessons learned to improve future change initiatives
- Ensure change activities are inclusive and accessible across global locations
Requirements
- Relevant experience in change management, operations, analysis, people experience, or similar fields
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Familiarity with change frameworks or improvement methods
- Experience supporting change, transformation, or improvement initiatives
- Experience working with digital tools, including generative AI and collaboration platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
- Comfort working with data, feedback, and insights to inform decisions
- Ability to build trust and collaborate with people at different levels and in different cultures
- Ability to explain complex changes in clear, practical ways
