About the Role
As a Supplier Performance & Governance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strategic suppliers deliver value, quality, and reliability across the organization. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to manage supplier performance, contracts, sourcing activities, spend analysis, and risk management while driving continuous improvement and supplier accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance management of assigned strategic suppliers, including scorecards, KPIs, SLA tracking, and regular business reviews
- Manage supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, monitoring compliance, pricing, and service commitments in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams
- Support sourcing and tender activities, including RFPs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and supplier onboarding
- Track supplier spend and commercial performance, supporting invoice validation, cost optimization, and financial reporting
- Assess and mitigate supplier risks across operational, financial, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance dimensions
- Support business continuity planning related to supplier management
- Ensure supplier governance and compliance requirements are met
- Collaborate across Procurement, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to maintain an integrated approach to supplier management and supply chain operations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing supplier performance, including scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, business reviews, and corrective action plans
- Experience managing supplier contracts, monitoring compliance, and supporting renewals and amendments in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams
- Experience supporting sourcing and tender processes, including RFPs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and onboarding activities
- Strong financial and commercial analysis skills, including spend tracking, budget monitoring, invoice validation, and cost optimization
- Exposure to supplier risk assessment across operational, financial, cybersecurity, sustainability, and compliance areas
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across Procurement, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Legal teams
- Subject-matter expertise in supplier, inventory, or logistics management, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to non-experts
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and data analysis skills, including dashboard creation, trend analysis, and management reporting
