About Our Team

Our Platform Infrastructure team builds and operates the cloud foundations that underpin how applications are deployed across our organisation. We create reusable Infrastructure as Code modules, automated delivery pipelines and platform capabilities that help engineering teams provision and operate infrastructure safely across multiple cloud environments.

About the Role

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will help design, build and evolve our infrastructure platform. You will develop Terraform modules, build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and deliver automation and observability improvements that keep our platform reliable, secure and easy for teams to adopt at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing reusable Terraform modules that enable teams to provision cloud infrastructure safely and consistently
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to deliver reliable and repeatable infrastructure deployments
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues by identifying root causes across distributed cloud environments
  • Developing automation and observability tooling to improve how infrastructure is operated at scale
  • Implementing security and governance controls within modules and pipelines so teams inherit secure configurations by default
  • Collaborating with engineers and architects to improve platform documentation, standards and adoption

Requirements

  • Have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code in production environments, ideally using Terraform
  • Have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
  • Have experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Be able to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across distributed systems
  • Have a solid understanding of cloud networking, compute and identity management
  • Be comfortable writing automation scripts using Go, Python, Bash or similar
  • Have experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools for cloud infrastructure
