About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer I, you will lead the design strategy for a product or business line, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs and supported by data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative, user-centered experiences while mentoring other designers and influencing product direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for a business or product line
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of customer use cases
- Rally cross-functional teams around customer needs
- Advocate for customers with the agile team and inspire curiosity about user insights
- Involve customers in product innovation to deliver value and growth
- Apply mastery of user-centered design processes
- Work with UX Researchers to understand user needs and proactively use insights
- Use data and analytics to establish key metrics and inform design decisions
