About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and commercial problem‑solver to join our team as a Sales Analyst. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve the productivity of the sales team. Excellent communication, analytical, and data manipulation skills are required, along with experience in data visualisation and proficient coding skills. The role demands a detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the business through data analysis and research.
- Run data insights covering the sales pipeline as well as closed deals.
- Create data documentation, including processes and data dependencies.
- Conduct data review and verification, ensuring corrections and clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Provide data literacy and problem‑solving support to less technical teams (Business Partners, Sales, Customer Success, etc.).
- Resolve or guide data sources in resolving basic data issues within specific functional areas or data types.
Requirements
- Display excellent data literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
- Have the ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Show excellent proofreading skills, demonstrating that facts can be linked together to create more meaningful conclusions.
- Show proficiency with data transformation tools, analysis tools, and processes.
- Display proficiency with various data types and formats, including XML, flat files, and others.
- Demonstrate proficiency with development languages such as SQL, UNIX, Linux, XML, HPCC, and more.
- Display good experience in data management areas with analytic competencies demonstrated.
