About our Team
The role resides within the Global Technology Operations team, where you will be part of a wider Enterprise Application Services team delivering Service Ownership for our integrated platform providing Digital, Sales, Finance & Marketing solutions. Collaboratively, the team drives continuous operational improvements & an excellent customer experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Integrations Service Owner to own and lead the operational lifecycle of enterprise integration services. This role is responsible for ensuring integration platforms remain secure, resilient, and high performing while working closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support business-critical services and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational lifecycle of enterprise integration services
- Ensure integration platforms meet agreed service levels, availability, performance, and security standards
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities for integration services
- Drive root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements
- Develop and maintain service roadmaps, operational standards, and governance processes
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and managed service providers
- Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and resilience
- Support project delivery through operational readiness reviews and transition into service
Requirements
- Strong operational knowledge of enterprise integration technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Google Apigee API Management, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Microsoft .NET integration technologies
- Experience owning and operating critical enterprise integration services, including incident, problem, change, and release management
- Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, API management, middleware administration, identity services, cloud and hybrid integration environments, and monitoring tools
- Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation programmes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation tooling, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Oracle Cloud
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and supplier management capabilities
- Analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Relevant ITIL, Oracle, MuleSoft, Microsoft, or API platform certifications are advantageous
