Are you someone experienced in partnering to build automation pipelines and are you relentlessly curious about how technology and tools can drive better outcomes for how teams create value?
About the Business
At Cirium, our goal is to keep the world connected. We are the industry leader in aviation analytics; helping our customers understand the past, present, and predicting what will happen tomorrow. Our mission is to transform the aviation industry by enabling airlines, airports, travel companies, tech giants, aircraft manufacturers, financial institutions and many more to accelerate their own digital transformation.
About the Team
This role joins a fast-paced Chief of Staff team with a mandate to improve how teams perform and drive employee engagement across a 500 strong global business.
About the Role
This role is accountable for driving operational excellence and tangible, measurable progress by identifying and delivering process improvement that enables our teams’ productivity, removes low value work and supports continuous improvement. You will be accountable for driving excellence in how Cirium teams own, improve and continuously evolve their end-to-end processes, enabling our internal teams to increase the amount of time they are able to spend on high-value, high impact, customer outcome led work. - Mature process documentation across our workstreams and functions
- Automation and AI applied selectively, with clear rationale and realised benefits
- Leaders able to articulate where value is lost in their processes and what is being done to address it
- A sustained shift towards continuous improvement as part of day-to-day work with productivity and margin gains
Working with our Cirium teams, you will focus on understanding how work flows across the business and where improvements can deliver the greatest value. You will apply structured process thinking while bringing clear, objective judgement to the use of automation and AI.

- Introduce and embed simple, repeatable improvement disciplines that teams can sustain themselves
- Establish a fact-based approach to deciding what should be automated, simplified, standardised or deliberately left manual and be active in supporting this work
- Operate as a credible peer and thought partner to senior leaders, helping translate ambition into practical progress
Requirements
- Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, transformation and change
- Practical understanding and experience of delivering automation and AI-enabled improvement
