About the Role :
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing strategic partner relationships across the EMEA region. This role focuses on partner retention, identifying upsell opportunities, supporting renewals, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ data and analytics offerings. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to align partner success with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For :
Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners across EMEA to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner portfolio.
Proactively manage renewals and monitor account health.
Provide basic product support, usage training, and reporting to partner contacts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate internally to resolve partner issues around contracts, billing, or technical support.
Support implementations and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve partner experience
Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner management, ideally in Financial Services, SaaS or Risk/Compliance.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Collaborative team player with a solution-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
