About our Team: The Client Services team plays a pivotal role in bridging customer requirements with LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ products and capabilities, ensuring solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and adopted. Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Technology, the team supports customer engagements by translating business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.
About the Role: You will act as a subject matter expert across the UK Identity & Fraud market, supporting customers and internal sales teams with insight, strategy, and solution design. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by translating complex requirements into practical, effective solutions that balance customer experience with robust authentication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise by applying product, process, and market knowledge across the UK ID & Fraud customer base
- Maintain awareness of market, technology, and regulatory trends
- Drive revenue through education, consulting, and support of the UK sales force
- Partner with larger customers to develop identity strategies balancing customer journey efficiency and strong authentication
- Engage with internal and external customers to translate requirements into persuasive business cases and recommended solutions
- Analyse customer objectives and present findings through professional presentations and workflows alongside sales teams
- Share best practices and provide insights to management and broader teams
- Collaborate with Strategy & Product Management to align on plans and identify new solution opportunities
