About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape and evolve our internal data and platform capabilities. You will support discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement across platform services, experimentation environments, and shared data access. Working closely with senior product leaders and cross-functional partners, you will turn user needs into clear requirements, drive execution against strategic roadmap priorities, and help ensure our platform delivers measurable impact. Responsibilities
- Support the discovery and delivery of internal platform capabilities
- Gather feedback from engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and manage a prioritised product backlog
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
- Improve access to data products and platform services, balancing usability, privacy, and security
- Track product adoption, user feedback, and delivery outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Support the transition from legacy workflows to simpler, scalable platform solutions
- Contribute to clear communication, onboarding resources, and shared best practices across the user community
Requirements
- Experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or platform delivery
- Ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Comfortable using data and feedback to guide decision-making
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across groups
- Well organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in improving user experience and outcomes for internal teams
- Any exposure to data platforms, experimentation tooling, machine learning workflows, or cloud technologies would be a plus, but is not required
- An understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible data access is advantageous, but not essential
