Responsibilities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders across the UK real estate sector.
- Represent MIPIM & MAPIC and act as an ambassador within the real estate community, including events, conferences, and media engagement.
- Drive UK commercial performance for the real estate portfolio, ensuring revenue and business objectives are achieved.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing UK sales team, including direct and indirect channels.
- Manage key client relationships and lead negotiations to close strategic deals.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and long-term client partnerships.
- Foster relationships with associations, organizations, cities, and public authorities.
- Collaborate effectively across international teams, particularly with central functions and offices in France.
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing performance.
- Ability to build and maintain senior external relationships across industry and client networks.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and developing teams.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate client strategies into effective sales approaches.
