LexisNexis Risk Solutions is the essential partner in the assessment of risk. Within our Business Services vertical, we offer a multitude of solutions focused on helping businesses of all sizes drive higher revenue growth, maximize operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management.

Own and shape how our portfolio shows up across key industries, translating a complex set of products into clear, differentiated, and commercially credible narratives that drive pipeline and support sales. This role sits at the centre of product, market planning, and regional marketing, connecting portfolio value to real industry problems and ensuring a consistent, solution‑led story globally.

What You’ll Deliver (Outcomes)

  • Clear industry narratives that simplify our portfolio and position us around customer problems—not product
  • Differentiated messaging that strengthens win rates and reduces feature/price‑led selling
  • Consistent global story that regions can localize and activate
  • Sales‑ready content that supports the full funnel (awareness to close)

Responsibilities

  • Build Industry‑Led Messaging Framework
    • Develop core narratives for priority industries (e.g., Financial Services, Telco, Ecommerce, Insurance)
    • Translate portfolio capabilities into use‑case driven stories aligned to real customer workflows
    • Define value propositions, proof points, and differentiation versus competitors
  • Connect the Portfolio Into a Coherent Story
    • Create cross‑portfolio messaging that shows how solutions work together
    • Package offerings into integrated workflows and modular stories (not siloed product sets)
    • Simplify complexity into clear, easy‑to‑sell narratives across the portfolio
    • Partner with Market Planning to align messaging with growth areas, target segments, and market trends
    • Work with Product & Data Science to extract credible, evidence‑based value
    • Ensure messaging reflects real outcomes (risk reduction, efficiency, compliance, revenue protection)
  • Enable Sales with High‑Impact Content
    • Develop and own: Industry narratives and solution storylines, Sales pitch frameworks and talk tracks, Use‑case collateral and case studies
    • Ensure content supports solution selling vs feature selling
    • Goal: move teams away from 'product A vs B' toward problem‑solving narratives
  • Drive Global Consistency, Support Regional Activation
    • Partner with Regional Marketing to adapt messaging for local markets
    • Ensure consistency of the global narrative
    • Incorporate field feedback to refine messaging
  • Embed Competitive Differentiation
    • Conduct ongoing competitive messaging analysis
    • Define and evolve clear differentiation by industry and use case
    • Ensure all messaging is commercially sharp and defensible
  • Lead Industry Thought Leadership
    • Shape industry POVs and narratives aligned to market trends (e.g., AI, identity, fraud evolution)
    • Contribute to campaign themes, reports, and flagship content
    • Position LNRS as a credible, insight‑led partner—not just a vendor

Requirements

  • Strong product marketing / solution marketing experience (B2B, ideally data, fraud, identity, or fintech)
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions
  • Build industry‑specific narratives that resonate with buyers
  • Work across matrixed organisations (Product, Sales, Regional)
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset — focused on pipeline impact and differentiation
