About the Role:

Join our team as a Paralegal to contribute to the development of Lexis+UK, LexisNexis UK's online practical guidance and research product for legal professionals. This role will support the Legal Market in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating new and reviewing existing content for quality and legal accuracy, for the Irish Market
  • Monitoring of developments and legal news in Ireland and inputting information to maintain trackers of consultations, cases, core documents and key dates
  • Evaluating existing workflows and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with teams to implement process improvements and introduce tools or technologies that reduce manual effort and turnaround time
  • Case & legislation support, drafting practical guidance content, including Practice Notes, Checklists, and Precedents as and when required

Requirements:

  • Irish Law degree & Legal research and writing skills (Working with the Legal market in Ireland)
  • Understanding of legal issues, procedures, and content types
  • Experience in a small, mid or large law firm
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Attention to detail with a clear and succinct writing style adaptable to LexisNexis house style
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including lawyers, contributors, and sales teams
