About the role

The Manager, Marketing Measurement & ROI will shape and embed a clear, shared understanding of performance‐driven marketing across RX Global. This role focuses on creating practical measurement frameworks that link marketing activity to meaningful business outcomes such as revenue impact, customer growth, and return on investment. As part of the Global Marketing Effectiveness team, the role leads the global marketing reporting approach, delivering consistent, accessible, and actionable insights across regions, events, and channels. Working closely with global and regional marketing teams, the role supports informed decision‐making and ongoing improvement through data‐led insight.

Responsibilities

  • Define a global, performance‐driven marketing measurement framework aligned to business outcomes such as revenue, customer growth, and ROI.
  • Establish clear, consistent KPIs across the full customer journey for both visitors and exhibitors.
  • Lead the development and governance of global marketing reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure data consistency, clarity, and comparability across regions, events, and marketing channels.
  • Develop and evolve ROI and attribution approaches to measure marketing impact and value.
  • Translate complex data into clear, practical insights that support better decision‐making.
  • Act as a trusted partner to marketing, finance, and commercial teams to embed data‐led thinking.
  • Set global best practices for tracking, reporting, documentation, and capability building.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience building and operating measurement frameworks in multi‐market or complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics across channels and the customer journey.
  • Experience working with business intelligence and marketing technology platforms (e.g. Power BI, marketing automation tools).
  • Ability to explain data and insights clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work across teams and regions.
  • Comfort working with finance and commercial teams to align on measurement and impact.
  • Experience in global, matrixed, or cross‐functional organizations is helpful but not essential.
