About the role

The Junior Web Producer builds and maintains multilingual website pages, content components, and web forms across multiple brands. Working closely with event, design, and content teams, you use provided assets to deliver high‐quality digital experiences that align with business and brand guidelines. Ensures websites meet accessibility, privacy, and technical SEO standards, applying appropriate metadata and tracking. Carry out quality assurance on all published content to ensure it displays correctly across devices and provides a smooth, user‐focused journey. This person will collaborate with the Digital Platforms Manager to meet agreed service levels and work with colleagues in RXPH during peak periods. The role also supports the day‐to‐day use of digital and marketing tools, including ticketing workflows, social media platforms, and internal collaboration tools. This role suits someone who is proactive, solution‐focused, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering inclusive, high‐quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure website pages, content components, and web forms using provided assets, in line with business and brand guidelines
  • Ensure all web content meets accessibility, privacy, and technical SEO standards
  • Apply metadata, tracking, and tagging consistently across websites, forms, and campaigns
  • Carry out quality assurance to ensure content displays correctly across devices and delivers a clear, user‐focused experience
  • Manage and progress digital platform requests through Jira, meeting agreed service levels
  • Provide first‐line support for website, form, and platform queries, escalating issues where needed
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of digital journeys and platform functionality
  • Maintain clear documentation, process guidance, and status updates for digital platform activities

Requirements

  • Experience working with enterprise content management systems
  • Understanding of website user journeys and customer experience principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Javascript
