About the role

We are seeking a leader for our UK Legislation Editorial Operations team. This role reports to the Global Head of Legislation and Regulatory Compliance Editorial Ops and is responsible for driving operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team to create, maintain, and deliver exceptional legislation content for our UK business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workflows for digital and print legislation delivery.
  • Maintain editorial product quality, accuracy, timeliness, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to create new global legislation content opportunities.
  • Develop meaningful metrics and analytics in alignment with Global Editorial Operations targets.
  • Execute automation and drive adoption of global tools and systems.
  • Manage the budget to meet targets and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, training, and development to the team.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and global initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading an Operations function or team, preferably in editorial/publishing/content management.
  • Legal training or knowledge of legal content.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, time management, and change management skills.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Process-oriented with experience in developing consistent processes and documenting best practices.
  • Experience in cross-collaborating across global regions and functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
