This newly formed central team focuses on driving excellence across digital and data, operations, marketing technology, automation, performance marketing and analytics. It drives consistency, scale, and smarter decision‑making across Data Services Marketing.
About the role
A senior Hub leadership role accountable for shaping and delivering the digital, data and analytics strategy across four global B2B businesses. The role drives digital performance, multi‑channel customer journey orchestration, analytics maturity and conversion growth, ensuring marketing execution delivers measurable commercial impact. This leader sets direction, drives capability uplift, and ensures the Hub delivers global revenue and efficiency gains.
Responsibilities
- Digital, Data & Analytics Strategy – Own and deliver the Hub’s integrated digital, data and analytics strategy with a strong commercial focus, building advanced data‑driven marketing capabilities and shaping the Martech and data platform roadmap to enable scalable demand generation, insight‑led decision‑making and revenue growth.
- Journey Orchestration & Conversion – Lead the design and optimisation of end‑to‑end, full‑funnel customer journeys, implementing modern orchestration frameworks and embedding experimentation and personalisation to drive conversion, continuous optimisation and sustained revenue growth.
- Campaign Management & Digital Performance – Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across the Hub, ensuring consistent governance and delivery while driving digital media performance to generate measurable business impact, pipeline acceleration and strong commercial ROI.
- Budget Management & Financial Accountability – Own and optimise the Hub’s budget across digital media, Martech and analytics, ensuring transparent cost management, accurate forecasting and continuous ROI improvement while aligning investment decisions to growth priorities across all business areas.
- Data, Analytics & Insight Leadership – Establish robust measurement and attribution frameworks, translating data and insight into clear commercial recommendations while partnering with analytics teams to enhance targeting, lead quality, customer value and retention.
- Segmentation & Data Science – Lead global, cross‑market audience segmentation and advanced analytics, applying predictive modelling to enable precision marketing at scale and drive acquisition, retention and cross‑sell growth.
- Hub Leadership, Governance & Change – Serve as a senior Hub leader, shaping priorities and driving operational and commercial excellence while leading digital, data and analytics capability uplift and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and high performance.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in digital, analytics and data within a large, global or matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated commercial impact: conversion uplift, revenue growth, ROI optimisation.
- Expertise in journey orchestration, digital performance, segmentation and analytics.
- Experience managing complex budgets across digital media, Martech and analytics programmes.
- Strong transformation, change management and capability‑building experience.
- Ability to influence at senior levels and operate effectively across multiple business lines.
