About the Role
We are hiring a Decision Support Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years’ experience who want to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and data troubleshooting capabilities in a fast-paced business environment. In this role you will work with real, imperfect data and be expected to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot information to generate reliable, decision-grade insights. You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand performance, identify issues, and support better commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to analyze business performance and support decision-making
- Build and maintain components of budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
- Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot financial and operational data across multiple systems and data sources
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics with a focus on accuracy and usability
- Perform variance and root cause analysis to explain drivers of performance
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Deliver clear, actionable insights (not just reports) that inform business decisions
- Work with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related role
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, messy, or incomplete datasets
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain analysis clearly
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge data and assumptions
- Persistence in solving problems when answers are not immediately clear
