This role focuses on close collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders to help the business meet revenue targets, maintain strong customer satisfaction scores, and drive process improvements. Youโ€™ll be providing tailored support, from talking customers through onboarding and paperwork to managing day-to-day account needs.
