About the Role: We seek a highly motivated Corporate Communications Manager to join our Communications team. This role will develop and execute strategic internal communications to enhance ICIS's brand reputation, drive employee engagement, and support business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in corporate and internal communications, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop engaging campaigns and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing and executing internal communications strategies aligned with ICIS's purpose, goals, and values.
  • Craft compelling content for internal audiences, including stories, blogs, speeches, presentations, and executive messaging.
  • Create engaging content for internal channels like newsletters, intranet, employee initiatives, company announcements, and leadership communications.
  • Partner with senior leadership on messaging and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Track and report on communication metrics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support organizational initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through campaigns celebrating achievements, milestones, and culture.
  • Manage and improve internal communication platforms for accessibility and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on communication practices and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • Significant experience in corporate or internal communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
  • Experience working with senior executives on messaging strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and the business.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and collaborating across teams.
