About our Team You will be part of an international team delivering implementations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions clients.
About the Role: As an associate consultant you will deliver installs and configures of LNRS applications to specified requirements and provide technical training and transfer of knowledge
Responsibilities
Ensuring project Management work is well defined and changes to requirements are managed. Issues arising are tracked and dealt with in a timely fashion, customer satisfaction is attended to throughout the engagement.
Overseeing the planning, development and installation of LNRS products to meet the clients’ business needs
Showing a good understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management, relating it to product and service within the firm.
Understanding customer use cases and requirements and in turn apply best practices for those customer implementations.
Delivering, installing, and configures of all LNRS applications to specified requirements and provide technical training and transfer of knowledge
Determining the types of products and services required by clients and troubleshoots customer issues during implementation
Requirements
Have project management skills and experience
Have significant exposure to technical implementation
Have a vast range of technical knowledge
Demonstrate good internal and external stakeholder management experience
