About the role The Commissions Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire monthly commissions process, including the calculation, creation, tracking, and optimisation of commission plans, supported by fully documented process notes. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In addition to managing routine processes, the position involves forecasting commission payments and conducting various ad-hoc analyses and projects to support business objectives.
