Role
You will own product development plans and represent features within the cross‑functional team. You will propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points, prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution, and lead demos to key stakeholders at program milestones. You will collaborate with development, testing, product analysts and other technical leaders to deliver a seamless technology experience to our clients and play a critical role in the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive product development that meets target customer expectations while ensuring commercial viability and scalability.
- Use Jira and Confluence to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on development priorities.
- Define API requirements and document how customers and end users integrate with and benefit from API‑first capabilities.
- Analyze product features to align development priorities with customer and business needs.
- Support go‑to‑market strategy by communicating customer requirements, development progress, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand‑ups.
- Build a strong understanding of trade compliance to influence product direction and deliver customer value.
- Act as the bridge between cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to deliver a cohesive product.
- Respond to evolving project needs, address challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance the product and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in compliance, trade, large data or LLM.
- Familiarity with API‑first product development.
- Expertise in gathering accurate and detailed client/internal stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to work with the development team to deliver requirements.
- Strong understanding of technical language (REST, JSON, XML) and ability to communicate it to non‑technical staff.
- Analytical problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and sourcing technical solutions.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and a positive attitude toward rapidly changing requirements.
