About our Team
At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing solutions that directly impact our customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk. Our Inside sales team is dedicated to partnering with smaller organisations to address and solve their risk problems. Account Managers manage a book of high volume, low value accounts, and partner with our clients remotely, through digital channels.
About the Role
The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Retaining and renewing existing business
- Developing relationships
- Identifying training needs
- Spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative
- Optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional relationship management and client support
- Retaining and nurturing the assigned book of business and identifying growth opportunities
- Meeting assigned targets for sales renewals
- Creating and maintaining accurate records of training provided to clients
- Identifying client training requirements
- Ensuring that decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints
- Updating all opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and pipeline growth to support growth objectives
- Ensuring that end users are effectively on boarded within 3 months of subscription
