About the Role

As part of our Global Editorial Operations (GEO) team, you will lead AI-driven transformation for legislative and regulatory content across multiple regions. Your work will directly influence how legal professionals around the world access, understand, and use critical information. This role is ideal for someone who combines expertise in content operations with strong AI literacy and a passion for improving editorial workflows at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the Strategy: Develop and own a global strategy for AI-enabled content creation, optimisation, and quality improvement. Identify high-impact opportunities to apply LLMs, NLP, and automation to legislative and regulatory content.
  • Drive Innovation & Delivery: Lead ideation, requirements, and prioritisation of AI initiatives across generation, summarisation, enrichment, classification, and structural improvement. Partner closely with Product, Technology, and regional Editorial teams to move concepts into scalable roadmap deliverables. Oversee design, testing, and rollout of AI-supported tools and editorial workflows.
  • Establish Standards: Define global editorial standards for AI-generated or AI-enhanced content. Promote responsible AI practices and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Optimise Performance: Support the development of metrics for content quality, workflow efficiency, and model accuracy. Analyse results, identify risks, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Build Capability: Champion AI-first ways of working across GEO. Develop training, guidance, and best practices to elevate AI literacy and digital maturity across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; legal or editorial background.
  • 5+ years in content operations, publishing, legal editorial, product development, or program management.
  • Understanding of legal information structures across common-law and civil-law systems (Legislation).
  • Experience applying AI/LLMs/NLP to content or workflow enhancement.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, ideally in global or matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalise ideas.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, LLM behaviours, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Experience with agile or iterative delivery methods.
