Our International Fulfilment team is responsible for the sales order processing and product fulfilment for an internationally based sales team. We handle orders from the point of submission in Salesforce.com through to invoicing. We create billing for the contracts to ensure accurate product fulfilment, invoicing, and timely revenue recognition.
You will be responsible for the order validation process in Salesforce.com up until invoicing. You will work as a member of the International Fulfilment team ensuring workflows are maintained in keeping with established audit requirements. You should be able to prioritise multiple tasks while managing your own workload to ensure ongoing success.
Responsibilities:- Working within established KPI’s ensuring accuracy for all quotes to deliver accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Establishing relationships with relevant Sales personnel and other internal stakeholders to ensure governance for order entry, data integrity of CRM and billing systems.
- Collaborating with Fulfilment team to ensure workflows and best practice are maintained in line with established audit requirements.
- Establishing solid working relationships with all Fulfilment teams to ensure consistency of first class support for all International LNRS customers.
- Be able to multi-task effectively within agreed upon deadlines whilst managing own workload.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines whilst being flexible.
- Display excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Have excellent working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office package.
