About the role: As an Account Executive at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth within your assigned portfolio. You’ll manage a book of existing customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals while proactively identifying opportunities to expand usage, increase licences, and introduce additional products. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, building strong relationships at all levels and developing a deep understanding of their needs. Through regular engagement, training, and ongoing account management, you’ll help customers maximise the value of our solutions while protecting and growing recurring revenue. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall commercial success of the territory.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact

- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity updates
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and account activity
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and meet renewal and revenue targets
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including confident phone engagement
- Proactive, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues effectively
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
