About the Role

As Senior Manager, Business Performance and Change, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and transformation within the business, ensuring alignment with our Strategic Priorities. Reporting to the Managing Senior Manager, you will lead a small central team responsible for developing and executing initiatives that monitor, enhance, and sustain business performance across the UK & Ireland. This is a highly visible and strategic position, ideal for an experienced or emerging leader who thrives on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable improvements that advance the organization’s competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Support the UK & Ireland Leadership Team in developing and maintaining annual Strategic Priorities and a continuously evolving Operating Model to ensure effective execution. Facilitate the selection, prioritization, and governance of transformation projects aligned with business strategy. Translate complex strategic objectives into clear, actionable initiatives and ensure progress is tracked through data-driven performance metrics.
  • Business Performance Management: Enhance frameworks for measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions to assess effectiveness of strategy execution. Partner with data and analytics teams to extract insights and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency. Enable departmental leaders to make evidence-based decisions by providing actionable intelligence on ROI and performance impact.
  • Change and Transformation Management: Lead and oversee enterprise-wide transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable improvements. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all functions, fostering collaboration and accountability. Support effective change management practices, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and communication of new initiatives across the business.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in strategy, performance management, transformation, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience influencing senior executives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable impact on business performance.
  • Experience within a data, technology, or operational environment is highly desirable.
  • Awareness or experience in Identity, Financial Crime, Risk, or Fraud domains is beneficial but not essential.
