  • Standardisation & Continuous Improvement: drives standardisation of lead allocation and integration logic across all brands, contributes to long‑term simplification by removing high‑maintenance flows, and reduces reliance on daily monitoring through automation, root‑cause fixes, and strong governance.
  • Project Support & Delivery: supports Data Services Sales Operations on large‑scale allocation and Marketing Insight optimisation, contributes to cross‑brand transformation initiatives, and assists in improving allocation, scoring, and integration performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent experience building and maintaining automated lead allocation, scoring, and integration workflows within Eloqua, Salesforce, and CDP environments.
  • Proven ability to implement and optimise complex allocation logic and lead scoring models at scale across multiple brands or regions.
  • Hands‑on expertise diagnosing and resolving integration failures impacting lead flow, data sync, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Solid data management skills, including structured data cleansing and execution of medium‑ to large‑scale data updates.
  • Experience supporting CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Data Services Sales Operations led initiatives, including cross‑brand transformation programmes.
  • Ability to drive standardisation, simplify high‑maintenance workflows, and reduce operational overhead through automation and governance.
