About the Role
As a senior product leader, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for delivering innovative fraud prevention and AI-driven solutions. You will define global fraud product strategy for the New Account Opening part of the portfolio, drive customer-centric product development, and work across a global organisation to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership, product excellence, and data-driven decision making to enhance customer value and portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers bringing clarity and direction to a high-performing team.
- Drive customer discovery, product delivery and the development lifecycle by understanding customer needs, experimenting and collaborating to solve customer problems, defining and prioritising incremental value, and leading the execution of the product roadmap.
- Design and own product suite strategy through collaboration and analysis of market, customer and business insights, ensuring appropriate ROI.
- Track and analyse product expenses, cost to revenue and profitability.
- Use data-driven decision making to derive insights from large volumes of data and execute actions that improve product development and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Professional Services to assess market needs, manage customer feedback and support go-to-market activities.
- Measure team and portfolio success through KPIs and provide reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support a global organisation by working flexibly across time zones as required.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting, leading and developing product teams with strong coaching and people leadership skills.
- Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning.
- Strong product management experience, preferably within a large B2B organisation.
- Ability to understand and analyse complex data associated with machine learning and AI algorithms.
- Experience building and delivering capital investment projects with accountability for outcomes.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences and keeping customers at the centre of product decisions.
- Track record of driving process improvement initiatives with long-term business or customer value.
- Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
