About the Role

As a Commercial Strategy & Pricing Manager, you will help drive commercial growth and profitability through data-led insight, pricing excellence, and strategic project delivery. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will lead initiatives that shape pricing, packaging, renewals strategy, and commercial decision-making while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the identification of opportunities to drive growth and profitability across each customer segment through data-led analysis and research.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of these opportunities and take ownership of operationalising them across the business.
  • Own the delivery of regular segment reviews to senior management, mapping our current position and setting out growth opportunities and risks.
  • Own and drive pricing and packaging projects that deliver growth and profitability, partnering with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and decisions.
  • Own and continuously improve key tools to ensure optimal renewals pricing and robust deal governance.
  • Leverage AI tools to redefine and streamline workflows, driving efficiencies and raising the quality of our delivery across pricing and commercial strategy.
  • Manage own workload and priorities, proactively resolving issues and escalating where appropriate.
  • Present and influence regularly at senior leadership level.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior managers and directors.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in pricing, consulting or strategy, ideally within B2B and/or subscription products.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools to drive efficiencies and improve the quality or speed of output.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage projects, delivering high quality results to planned timescales while ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
