About the Role As Senior Director, Platform Engineering – Data Platform familiarity with runtime safety patterns and operating regulated or high-trust systems is advantageous Requirements 12+ years leading platform engineering teams delivering shared services or large-scale SaaS systems with production operations accountability Demonstrated success building and operating platforms adopted by multiple product teams. Strong hands-on technical leadership background in distributed systems and platform engineering Deep experience with data platform engineering at scale, including ingestion and integration patterns, data quality enforcement, metadata and lineage, and secure access controls Experience enabling AI-powered systems in production, including evaluation, monitoring, observability, auditability, and guardrails Strong ability to partner with product leaders on contract-driven platforms and deliver outcomes without creating bottlenecks Proven capability to hire and develop high-performing engineering teams, including AI platform engineers Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
