About the role

The Managed Services Analyst I will be responsible for manually tracing individuals and re‑uniting them with our Customers, processing files through our internal database and ordering certificates from registry offices. In addition, they will be responsible for ordering, keying and securely sharing birth, death and marriage certificates. The preferred candidate will be naturally inquisitive and apply that curiosity to the tracing work being completed, ensuring that they dig deep into available information and demonstrate tenacity in the face of obstacles. They will also have a keen eye for detail with high levels of accuracy. The role requires someone who is detail focused and who communicates well with their team, internal stakeholders and our Customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Trace individuals to reunite them with our Customers using a variety of internal and external platforms.
  • Securely send files to Customers and ensure accurate inputting of data into all relevant systems.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound telephone calls in order to re‑engage individuals with our Customers.
  • Order copies of birth, death and marriage certificates, and enter the data from certificates onto relevant platforms.
  • Trace informant or executor using Electoral Roll and credit reference agency data via our systems and products.
  • Receive, distribute, scan and record post.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • Is curious and keen to learn and develop new ideas, skills and knowledge, whilst acting on feedback.
  • Customer‑first mind‑set, and the ability to deliver results on time.
  • Is able to understand, analyse and resolve core issues within own role.
  • Is experienced with MS Office products (especially Excel).
  • Develops co‑operative working relationships within the team whilst considering how own style affects others and tailors interactions accordingly.
  • Is able to clearly articulate their area of expertise to individuals with less understanding.
  • Actively participates in team meetings, 121s and coaching sessions.
  • Previous experience of data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
