Are you an experienced healthcare public affairs or communications specialist? We are looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to play a key role in our growing healthcare practice in London. We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience working in a consultancy, communications, public affairs, policy, media, healthcare or related environment.

About the role and the practice

Our healthcare team sits at the intersection of policy, politics, the media and innovation. We work across a diverse portfolio of UK and global clients spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech, NHS and charity sectors. We help organisations tackle some of healthcare's most pressing challenges, from improving access to innovative medicines and technologies, to reducing health inequalities and supporting the transformation of healthcare services. Our work in the health practice is integrated, combining strategic communications, public affairs, policy, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation.

The Senior Consultant will be assigned to the day to day running of client accounts, drawing on their expertise in communications, public affairs, or integrated accounts. The aim of the role is to be the go-to expert around the management of client projects, overseeing the delivery of integrated public affairs and communications programmes and campaigns for clients, against agreed objectives. You would also have an important role supporting the senior team advising clients, developing strategy and new business proposals and pitches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to further their career at the intersection of healthcare, policy, communications and public affairs and develop quickly in a fast-paced, high performing team.

  • Networking and business development: Network effectively and use your contacts and connections to contribute to the ongoing success of Lexington.
