Location: Swansea High School

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one to two years of responsible secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Customer service experience preferred.

Job Goal: Under limited supervision, provides support with student attendance to include daily reports, parent communication, and truancy documentation to ensure high levels of student attendance. Reports to School Principal.

Physical Requirements: Requires light work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a recurring basis, adeptness and speed in the use of fingers, hands or limbs on repetitive operation of electronic office machines within moderate tolerances or limits accuracy.

Terms of Employment: 185 days based on Lexington Four Support Staff Salary Schedule Grade 7 or 8 (Associates Degree or higher).

Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with Board Policy #J-18808-Ljbffr.
