What you’ll be doing:
- Support the kitchen team in preparing and cooking food to meet high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Assist with daily kitchen tasks to help ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to menus and recipes.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
- Support stock rotation and inventory management.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist with portion control and presentation of dishes.
- Follow instructions and contribute to a positive team environment.
Working pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 3:00pm | 30 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only | Fixed Term Contract (April 2027)
